You are invited to join us in our Genesis Bible Study (Part 2). We’ll be covering chapters 26-50 of the first book of the Bible. This will take us through the stories of Jacob and Joseph
The Reading Schedule is as follows:
- 9/10/25: Ch. 26-29- Isaac’s Blessing and Jacob’s Marriages
- 9/17/25: Ch. 30-33- Jacob Wrestles and Reconciles
- 9/24/25: Ch. 34-38- Dinah, Joseph Dreams, and Judah and Tamar
- 10/1/25: Ch. 39-42- Joseph Prospers
- 10/8/25: Ch. 43-46- Israel Settles in Egypt
- 10/15/25: Ch. 47-50- The End of the Beginning
You are encouraged to read the chapters in advance, though we will review key sections when we meet. There is no single perfect translation, so use whichever one is your favorite. If you don’t have a Bible, let us know and we will get you one! If you prefer to read from your phone or computer, BibleGateway has both a website and an app that provide the text and audio versions for many translations.
